Guest Relations is the main contact point for our Reservations Agents/Support Office.

Responsible for offering excellent customer service, providing options, and other solutions to meet Guests needs,

and ensure all reservation information is up-to-date and available for all lodges and departments, when it is required.

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills

At least 2-year experience in similar role

Hospitality experience - 5* Game Lodge experience required.

Tertiary qualification

Administrative skills

Computer literate: MS Office

Strong Customer service orientation

Salary R 8 000 including accommodation with company benefits.
