This position could also suit a strong Sous Chef who is ready to move up and has experience in running a kitchen on his/her own.Should have a minimum 2 - 3 years experience in running a busy high pressure kitchen as a Senior Sous or Sous Chef.Must have high standards, be able to work quickly and cope well under pressure as well as well as be able to lead and motivate staff.Must have experience with stock control and ordering essential.
