Upmarket Game Lodge in the the Hoedspruit area is looking for Head Chef 66 Weeks on and 2 Weeks offOversee 2 kitchens with 15 staffREQUIREMENTS:Must have a driver's licensemust has extensive experience in the lodge industry with traditional south african foods.They are prepared to look at an enthusiastic and creative sous chef that feels that he or she is ready to take on a new challenge by running their own kitchens.Please note that the General manager am extremely involved in the kitchens and this candidate must understand that their standards are high and that they do get involved in all aspects of the kitchen - so only team players please.They have a fixed 6 day menu but do need some new and creative ideas that can improve (please note NOT change) the current menu.
