Chef's qualification with further 3 years Head Chef experience in Restaurants required.

Our client is seeking a young vibrant and dynamic Head Chef.

Excellent Guest & Staff Relations skills.

Take full charge of the daily running of the kitchen operations and kitchen staff.

Full understanding on menu planning and costing.

Ability to change and implement new menus on a regular basis in accordance with guests’ requirements.

Strong guest relations and customer service will be essential.

Ensure that the highest level of standards in the preparation and serving of food items is maintained.

Ensure training requirements for the kitchen are ongoing and followed up.

Salary R 18 000 - R 20 000
