Chef needed for Restaurant in Stellenbosch. Looking for individuals with 8+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant or Hotel/Lodge environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Experience in kitchen development preferred. Very high paced and busy environment. Salary R 13000 - 16000 K nett depending on experience.
