Kendrick Recruitment is now searching for an exceptional Head Chef for one of the top 5* lodges in South Africa based in the famous Kruger National Park.The Head Chef will join an incredible team that thrives on professionalism and 5* standards throughout. The position is accountable to the General Manager and will oversee the management of the entire kitchen. Ideally we are looking for a fully 5* trained passionate and creative chef that has a specific flare for fine dining and modern cuisines and flavours. A background in 5* establishments be it hotels, restaurants or lodges is essential and of course a love of the South African bush and the lodge environment is a must.
