Head up this Wine Estate Restaurant as it is rebranded and launched and become the face of the Brand. Create beautiful food and food theatre, in an upmarket bistro brasserie style. Manage and motivate staff and implement new procedures and systems. Previous opening experience an advantage. Bring your experience of working with other outstanding chefs in SA’s best restaurants.
