Formally qualified Chef with 2 - 3 years experience as a Senior Chef. Excellent communication skills. Own trasport would be preferred.- Standing in for Management when on leave (Assisting in FOH as needed)- Supervising 2 Chefs- Menu planning and costing- Running of chalet maels for guests, evening functions on pre-booking and small weddings up to 150 guests6 days off per momth
