Menu Planning

Creating recipes

Order/purchase and maintain inventory of food and supplies according to the allocated budget

Function planning and cooking

Checking and reporting any maintenance issues

Making daily health juices/smoothies for some of the executives

Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas for cleanliness and functionality

Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards

Checking table set-up daily

Ordering of Cleaning supplies
