5* Restaurant - Western Cape - Stellenbosch.

Chef's qualification with 5 years 5* Restaurant or Boutique Hotel experience required.

Working hours 8 am to 5 pm - Tuesday to Saturday.

Problem solving & organizational skills

Strong leader & self-motivated

Must be strong in hygiene control and safety procedures in the kitchen

Menu planning & costing and control of food and relevant stock

Must have good communication skills at all levels

Excellent Guest & Staff Relation skills required.

Salary R 16 000 including accommodation.
