Head Chef
An award winning 5 Star lodge is looking for a qualified and experienced Head Chef. You will be reporting directly to the Lodge Manager. You must have a culinary diploma along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role. You will be responsible for the compiling of menus, costings, staff training and welfare. You must have excellent communication skills and have a real passion for the industry.
