Qualified/ experienced 5 Star Chefs. 3+ years experience in a similar position, drivers licence, own transport, hands on professionals. 5 Star exclusive luxury camp based North West Province require Head Chef- qualified and experienced at 4-5 Star level. Hands on Chef, able to establish & motivate a team to create a wonderful Guest experience. Able to lead a team, produce creative and homely menus whilst maintaining high company standards. Will include- Menu Development, Staff Training, Meal Service, Stock Take, Maintaining acceptable GPs, Kitchen Hygiene, Implementing systems and procedures, Implementing and maintaining standards with GMs.
