The Head of Activations and Events role sits in the Project Management team and reports directly to the Head of Operations.This role is responsible for leading the Production team in the overall management and delivery of client campaigns undertaken by the Company. The candidate is responsible for ensuring that the final outputs conform to time, quality, and budget specifications defined by the Company and the client. This role works closely with the Head of Production to ensure that campaigns are produced to the highest standard.
Manage all campaign resources and staff by troubleshooting and problem-solving.
This management includes, but is not limited to:
o Briefing suppliers
o Overseeing the selection of suppliers
o Ensuring effective briefing, cost procurement, prototyping etc.
o Managing live campaigns
o Sourcing and advising on new suppliers
o Ensuring that all suppliers are BEE compliant
o Managing supplier rebates
? Execute campaigns from brief to live event implementation through assessing and generating solutions to campaign challenges
