Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Client Service in Johannesburg will include:

- Management and retention of client portfolios
- New business acquisition and development
- Pitch creation and presentation
- Budget creation and management with Executive Producers and Heads of department
- Project management and overseeing all production elements
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Recruit and train new client service team of account managers and account executives
