Life/LISP Customer Service Contact Centre Manager, with minimum 5 years experience and a Financial Degree (NQF6), required to lead the Client Service Department of this Wealth Management Company.

Ability to speak, read and write Afrikaans essential.

Working knowledge of legislative requirements, relative to the Financial Services Industry essential – TCF, POPI, RDR, FICA, FAIS.

Minimum requirements:
• Financial Degree (NQF6) essential
• CFP highly advantageous
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Life/LISP Call Centre / Client Services environment essential
• Management and training experience preferred
• Legislative requirement knowledge applicable to the financial services sector essential -TCF, POPI, RDR, FICA, FAIS
• Product knowledge of the financial services sector essential
• Legislation, regulation and industry policy knowledge applicable to a wealth management business , life products, investment platforms and stockbroking environment preferred
• Knowledge of Long-term Insurance Act, FAIS Act, FICA Act, Pension Fund Act, Financial Markets Act, Popi Act, CPA Act TCF knowledge essential.
