Education:
Duties and responsibilities:

• Three years Development Management and project plan experience
• Facilitate meetings with product owners to evaluate system performance and improvement areas
• Effectiveness of output – how many of the projects worked or did not?
• ROI on development projects
• Department costs and efficiency VS an outsourced department
• Development of the strategy, product and development roadmaps
• Staff measurement, management and department direction
• Maintaining weekly meeting including interdepartmental communication
• Weekly dev report
• Monthly dev summary
• Demonstrated leadership at a management level
• Ongoing skilling, mentoring and coaching of resources to ensure creativity, efficiency and cutting edge design and innovation

Skills and attributes
• Experienced in Dot Net framework
• Content Management System (CMS)
• Knowledge of web best practices (Classic ASP & ASP.Net)
• Conduct design sessions and code reviews where required
• Quality and technical implementation reviews
• Manage source code methodology compliance
• Preparation and planning for “go live” cycles
• Quality and technical testing reviews
• Software development standards compliance
• Aligning performance for success
• Leading through vision and values
• Business and technical problem solving
• Project delivery within the SDLC and documented procedures
• Resource planning
• SQL and BI experience a plus
