Qualification:

LLB or relevant degree

Diploma in Compliance Management

FAIS approved as Compliance Officer (Must have)

Member of CISA



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ experience in Risk and Compliance Management

Strong knowledge on GOI, Companies Act and King Code on Corporate Governance

Strong experience within Insurance



Job Description:

Actively oversee the implementation and maintenance of an effective and well-monitored regulatory compliance framework.

Ensure to establishing a clear risk framework, setting common standards, assessing adherence to standards, and providing training and guidance.

Provide effective implementation of risk and compliance plans and monitoring programmes.

Focus on Establishing and maintaining a compliance culture in the group.

Ensure proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate and / or required.

Hands on Management of new regulatory requirements by evaluating regulations identified as relevant to the business and provide an impact analysis relevant to the business..
