We are looking for an Operations Head for an IT Call Centre in the ISP industry in Cape Town.

Purpose of the Position:
The purpose of this position is to take overall responsibility for the performance and ongoing development of the Call Centre functions, ensuring delivery of contractual obligations and client relationship development

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 6 years operations management experience with at least 2 years in a Senior Managerial position in a Call Centre / Service Desk environment.
Exposure / Experience in the IT infrastructure environment is essential.
ISP Knowledge and experience is essential

Must be able to work nightshifts / not normal office hours; as the call centre supports a Company overseas.
