Impressive and solid track-record of achieving results in a fast-paced logistics, distribution, manufacturing or engineering supply chain environment
Strong people management experience
Excellent relationship management experience working with customers internally and externally
Possess excellent business judgment
Be resourceful, able to manage ambiguity and be prepared to get involved
Demonstrate a strong track record of problem solving and solid analytical skill capability to look at and find solutions for a variety of operational challenges
Extensive project and change management expertise
Thrive on change, inclined to operate with flexibility
Self-starter with high energy levels
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics. MBA preferred.
7+ years Operations Management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution environment
