HEAD: OUTBOUND SALES

The Head : Outbound Sales is responsible for leading, managing and growing the full cycle of the Outbound and inbound Sales teams. Focus is building and leading these teams to meet and exceed their respective targets, to drive company’s revenue growth, and to introduce new market-appropriate financial services to the company markets.
This role participates in direct coaching of all staff to develop their sales skills including cross-selling of company’ product offerings and services, managing forecasts against revenue objectives, prospect and qualify leads, and develop and close opportunities.
The desire to overachieve against individual and team goals is critical to success in this role

KEY OUTCOMES
? Lead, motivate and drive the call centre team to meet or exceed performance objectives through effective management of team members,
development of sales campaigns, and coordination with other functions within the company.
? Help the sales teams develop specific lead generation strategies including but, not limited to the following: cold calls into target accounts;
organizing sales and marketing campaigns; inbound lead management; and maximizing potential of existing credit relationships.
? Lead, motivate and drive the call centre management teams to be successful in identifying and developing calling strategies on behalf of their
teams.
? Work in partnership with Marketing, Services, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to teams to coordinate efforts and
ensure appropriate resources are available.
? Assist in creating phone scripts, emails, and other customer interaction tools.
? Evaluate and partner with the Head of Sales and Head of Customer experience to design approach to account prospecting, inbound and
outbound campaign marketing
? Develop and enforce consistent sales processes, metrics, and methodologies.
? Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets across multiple products.
? Ensure all compliance requirements are met on an ongoing basis
? Build a highly functioning team by leading the team in best practices for Call centre Sales.
? Manage the department and team plans by establishing clear goals and hold staff accountable, and participate regular feedback dialog with
staff members.
? Manage corrective action as appropriate

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

? Bachelor’s Degree in Business or in a related discipline.
? 5+ years’ experience selling product and service solutions
? Experience managing call centre sales team who are quota-carrying sales professionals.
? Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong negotiation skills.
? Ability to work in a team environment
