My Client within the Asset Management space is looking for a Head PMO - The responsibility of the Project Office Manager involves the Portfolio management of the Project Office.


Improve organisational programme and project management maturity by implementing appropriate communication strategies,policies, frameworks, methodologies and procedures; scheduling and collaboration tools and systems; training and ad-hoc support, measures to monitor, track and report on maturity progress;
Provide appropriate and timely feedback regarding portfolio status as per agreement with relevant stakeholders;
Ensure adherence to the Programme and Project Management methodology and governance structures;
Continuously improve and enhance the relevant Programme and Project Management processes and templates;
Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and managers carrying out projects within their own organizational units


Minimum of 5 years senior management experience
Minimum of 3 years programme and / or project management experience
Degree in Commerce, Finance or equivalent
Proven track record in similar position
Accredited Project Management qualification such as:
PRINCE 2 or MSP Practitioner
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
APM Certified Project Manager (CPM)
