Experienced senior candidate with relevant Legal/Commercial degree and extensive experience in the Wealth/Asset Management environment, required to head up a support department providing technical/legal advice, guidance and assistance to adviser network with the aim to support growth.

Minimum requirements:
• Relevant Legal Degree and/or Commercial Degree essential
• CFP qualification preferred but not essential
• Financial Services industry experience essential

Responsibilities:
• Management – manage the Technical Support Team, business standards and processes, daily tactical matters, regulatory matters and team budget
• Technical support to Advisers – develop and maintain Distribution policies, involvement in adviser work sessions and client functions, monitor and maintain quality of advice given by advisors, develop/improve/maintain adviser planning tools, ensure product due diligence
• Support – implement processes and tools to support various projects and business priorities, internal support and support to provider network, maintain relationships
• Research and industry involvement – regulatory research, implementation and interpretation, regulatory papers, keep abreast of relevant regulatory and legislative changes, incl tax, represent at industry forums
