We require a Help Desk Specialist, who will be responsible for responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, determining and implementing solutions. Successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Own transport a must and you will be required to work shifts.

Key performance areas:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
• Walk customer through problem-solving process
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
• Gain feedback from customers
• Escalate queries to third party service providers

Skills / Qualifications:

• Matric (Mathematics essential)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must have minimum 1 year work experience in a service role
• Candidates with a degree will be favoured
