Fast growing ISP is recruiting for Helpdesk Support Agents
Qualifications / Experience / Skills Required:

• A minimum of 2-years 2nd Line hands on experience in an IT Desktop/Server support role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MCSE/MCP/CCNA certification or qualifications are desirable
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Excellent inter-personal skills with good time management
• Proven customer service & communication skills
Qualifications Required
• Senior Certificate
• Relevant IT Qualifications like A+, N+, MCSE/MCIPT
• Valid driver's license
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Must be able to assist client with e-mail queries
• Technical experience in the following areas:
o Microsoft Desktop (7 / 8 / 10) Operating Systems
o Microsoft Productivity Suites (Office 2010 - 2016)
o Backup Solutions
o Administration of Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012
o Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
o Administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016
o Administration of Office 365

Advantageous

o Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
o Basic Linux knowledge
o Knowledge of monitoring systems (PRTG)
o Knowledge of PSA tools
o Knowledge of RMM tools
o Virtual Technology
o Networking
o Storage Solutions
