Minimum Requirements:
Mining Engineering Degree
Mine Manager Certificate of Competency
National Certificate in Rock Breaking /Blasting Ticket Underground
Computer Literacy
7 - 8 Years' open pit and underground mining experience
MDP or MBA
Knowledge of Corporate Governance & relevant legislation impacting the business
Technical knowledge of various functional areas of responsibility
Negotiation and Conflict management skills
Planning and organizing skills
Project and budget management skills
