Holiday Concierge (Call Centre)
Reservations | Account Management | Guest Administration | Membership | Timeshare

Call Centre based role will manage all functions relating to members including reservations, account management, customer care, guest admin and membership.

Responsibilities:

Calling clients
Credit approval and management, ensuring accounts are timeously paid
Customer care and membership management
Bookings and reservations
Sales by way of upgrading at point of bookings
Cross-sell products to existing members
Guest surveys

Requirements:

Matric
Tertiary qualification in travel and tourism / customer care / hospitality preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role
Credit control experience would be beneficial with basic numeric and accounting skills
Conflict management skills
Sound telephone etiquette interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Must be emotionally intelligent (EQ) to fit in with company’s work ethic
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Able to work in a team
Attention to detail
Innovative and proactive
