Purpose of the Role:
These consultants are to work in the Home Loans environment and will only have this one
product. The individuals must have a strong sales background and successful in achieving
a competitive target.
Competencies and Experience:
• The incumbent must have at least 5 years’ experience in Sales
• Preferred to have between 3 and 5 years of Home Loan product sales experience
to prospective customers
• The incumbent must be resilient and have the ability to work independently and
being on the road on a frequent basis
• The incumbent must be a strategic thinker and coordinate tactics and strategies
that will add value to our business
Requirements:
• Must have completed Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification
• Preferred qualification: NQF 5
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Must have reliable transport
• Must have at least 5 years sales experience
• Must be a sales hunter
• Preferred Home Loan sales experience
• Must be willing to travel
