We are now seeking to recruit an HR Manager for a large private hospital based in Polokwane.

The incumbent will be responsible for HR management services, as well as delivering HR strategies in the hospital.

The following requirements are a prerequisite to be considered for the position:
• Qualification in Human Resource Management
• Minimum of 3 years HR Management experience in the private sector
• Sound knowledge of HR and IR practices and legislatives
• Good knowledge of hospital operations in the private sector will be advantageous
• Payroll experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
