Description
An incumbent with the subsequent qualifications, experience and abilities is required to manage a well-known private hospital.

Relevant Business and/or Healthcare Degree (Post Graduate Qualification)

Minimum of 5 years business management experience within the private healthcare sector essential

Proven leadership, financial management and business planning skills and experience

Understanding and knowledge of medical terminology and specialization fields

Advanced Computer literacy

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the needs of the internal and external customers through the execution of the Group’s strategic and operational objectives in growth, quality & people by leading, managing and coordinating all hospital activities.

Key Performance Areas will include but not be limited to:

Effective management of marketing strategy including growth and development

Ensuring the achievement of the hospital financial targets

Effective hospital operations management

Ensuring effective people management

Effective governance and risk management
