Requirements:

Matric
3-5 years hospitality sales experience
In depth understanding of the hotel & conference industry
Good knowledge of sales and marketing practices
Understanding of branding and corporate identity
Understanding the sales cycle of the TMC & PCO industry
Sales, negotiation and closing skills (Essential)
Own Transport and Drivers licence (Essential)
Basic financial acumen (Essential)
Good financial acumen of hotel properties (Desirable)
Experience in selling to the Corporate, Government and
NGO Hotel Market (Desirable).
