Hotel Sales executive.

Large and busy 4* Hotel - Sandton.

3-4 years 4* Hotel sales management experience required.

Selling the Hotel and products, to various market segments.

This is to be done using agreed channels and assigned clients.

Develop and maintain a Database of commercial, retail, travel and organizational contracts

so as to ensure maximum sales.
Undertake to predetermined levels, direct Telesales and Sales calls(face to face) to potential

and established clients in the area allocated to the satisfaction of the RSM.

(Allocation of clients / areas will change from time to time as per Company’s requirements).
Achieve the Sales target as set by the National Sales Manager (NSM),

Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and General Manager (GM).
Devise and produce a working SALES BUSINESS PLAN, which adequately

provides territorial management, adequate sales coverage and specialized commercial activities

Valid driver's license for at least 4 years
Excellent communication skills
High degree of self-motivation and ambition

Skills to work both independently and as part of a TEAM
Time management and prioritization: Good time management, planning and follow-up skills,

as well as the ability to meet deadlines
Strong technical skills: Must be comfortable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work flexible work hours including weekends
Proven track record in acquisition of new business

Salary R22 000 + Car Allowance + benefits + lucrative commission structure
