Requirements

Com Accounting or Equivalent.
Must have relevant 5 to 8 years’ experience solid tract record working as a Financial Manager within the Hospitality Industry.
Timeshare Financial experience ESSENTIAL.
VIP Payroll Experience ESSENTIAL.
Must have a valid driver’s licence, own transport advised.
Must be prepared to travel as and when required by the company.
Must be able to manage the financial team.
MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook), Advanced.
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate.
Valid RSA ID
Duties /Responsibilities

Management of accounts department,
Financial reporting, monthly and annually, to CFO and Board Level.
Creditors, Debtors, Reconciliations and Cash Management.
Financial Policies, procedures and all internal controls.
Timeshare & Owners billing & recoveries.
Cash Flow forecasting.
Payroll for total staff compliment (150 employees).
Training of Staff from various backgrounds and skills levels.
Statutory submission.
As the Financial Manager, your previous experience includes, but are not limited to heading up finance, as a self-driven individual with very little financial supervision.
You should be commercially astute with strong leadership qualities.
