Hotel Academy Johannesburg

Food & Beverage & Front Office Departments.

Experience:

Must have a Hotel Management Diploma.
5 - years’ experience in Hotel Operation.
Must have extensive training experience.
Must be familiar with the implementation of Standard Operating procedures

and Quality assurance within the hotel environment

Must be able to assist the General Manger and management with the
implementation of the Quality Management Systems within the Hotel.
Must be able to implement and conduct On-the-job training in the hotel as per the
industry program and as per the General Manager’s requirements.
Must assist and conduct training in accordance with the needs analysis and
requirements of management.
Must be able to fulfil duties as training Duty manager when required to do so.
Must be able to assist management in the assessment of employees competencies
in the hotel and provide on–the-job support where necessary.
Must be able to assist management with the compilation of career and succession
planning for all employees.
Must assist with the theoretical as well as practical assessment of staff and hotel
students as well as the placement of students where necessary.
Must be able to compile a reporting budget in field of expertise.
Good communication and leadership skills are essential.

Salary R 20.000.00 - R25000.00. Medical Aid & Retirement Fund
