Our Client in Paarl is looking for a HR Administrator with Payroll experience a MUST.
KEY DUTIES:
Salary and Wage Administration of all temp and permanent staff (reports and recons to the Financial Department)
Timekeeping Administration (Clocks)
Leave Administration
Injury on Duty Administration:
Full function of all “injury on duty reporting” and making sure employees go for follow-up medicals and making sure the paper trail to the Occupational Commissioner is completed and correct.
Appointment / Entrance and Exit Administration:
Full administrative function of the induction process of new employees
Certain functions of the formal induction process (shared function with consultants)
All Entry and Exit Medicals
General Service Benefit Administration:
Pension and Provident Funds – Employer Trustee to the TOPF
Medical Aid Administration
The go-to person for employees, PSG and Discovery Health Agents
Full function of all “injury on duty reporting” and making sure employees go for follow-up medicals and making sure the paper trail to the Occupational Commissioner is completed and correct
Wage and Salary related reports: weekly and monthly
Up to date record keeping of files.
Skills Development Training Facilitator and Administration:
Report and Co-ordinate on all training.
Skills Development Facilitator for Spilo responsible for reporting of the Workplace Skills Plans and reporting on actual training done. Co-ordinating all learnership training and statutory training.
Attending all relevant SETA meetings.
Assisting HR with strategic training interventions.
Starting date: as soon as possible
Salary: Neg depending on experience.
