R5000 – R7500 CTC - (Dependant on experience)
We are looking to recruit an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to handle a highly pressurized environment. This candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work within a fast pace environment!

Administration:
• Support the team with various administrative tasks
• Advertising all vacancies through various platforms
• Conducting telephonic references
• Conducting verification checks
• Update the database accurately
• Ensure all CV’s compiled professionally on the standard company format
• Welcoming of clients
• Ensure booking of meeting rooms
• Ensure the house-keeping of the office
• Maintain appropriate filing systems
• Screening and forwarding of telephone calls and message taking
• Ordering of stationery
• General house-keeping for the office
• General PA function to the Directors
Requirements:
• High level of attention to detail - this will be assessed with the application requirements (below)
• Matric essential
• Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous (Degree / ND)
• 3 years Administration experience
• Excellent written communication skills non-negotiable
