HR Assistant / Coordinator Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal R10 000 per month Performance Bonus Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Job based in Hillcrest
• Must have Drivers License as you will be required to visit construction sites. Car and accommodation (if out of town) will be provided
• Must be Zulu speaking
• Must have some construction knowledge
• Knowledge of Payroll, Sage or Pastel
• Knowledge of Training and Development
• Knowledge of Recruitment
• Some IR and Employee Equity Experience required
• Computer Literate
• 50% Discovery Med Aid to a max of R1000

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:

• Matric and Degree
• If you only have a diploma in HR the 10yrs working experience in Construction is required.
