Our Client is a luxury hotel and spa based in the CT City Centre.

They are looking for a new HR Manager who will handle all HR related functions as well as running the full payroll (200 staff).
You will need at least 5 years’ experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in the following:
• Running a full payroll (VIP knowledge is important)
• Employment equity submissions
• B-BBEE Skills Development and training
• Recruitment
• Disciplinary hearings & CMMA representation
• Staff welfare
• Budgets – Salaries & Wages, Staff Transport, Training, Recruitment, Staff Welfare

A diploma or Degree in HR Management would be advantageous.
