Hospitality Outsourcing company requires a HR Manager for a 3 month contract in Johannesburg South.Conduct all IR practices and issues/Charging officerConduct investigations for disciplinary enquiriesConduct disciplinary hearingsHandling of CCMA CasesConduct union MeetingsLiaise with union shop stewards regularly Provide a recruitment service to all areas of the F & B OperationPerform a variety of tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment and display adaptability to address business needsImplement various recruitment approaches in selecting the right candidateConduct assessments relating to personality profiling and trainability assessmentsBecome the liaison between new engagements and management – Follow up care after appointments are madeProvide support to Operational managers on HR related issuesEffectively and diplomatically handle staff queriesConduct Staff meetings on a regular basisUtilize various HR Information systems for staff queries and reporting purposesEnsure accurate capturing and reporting on all HR functions Performance appraisals, leave, disciplinary mattersEffective management of staffing levels as per approved headcountsRequirements:Matric3 years’ experience in an HR environment 3 years hands on experience in Employee relationsHR Related QualificationCCMA, Conciliation/Arbitration experience essentialExperience in Hospitality environment essentialKnowledge of the prescribed legislationPlease note that this is a 3 month contract.
