This position will be responsible for all aspects of the human resources function including:
Managing the HR team
Manpower and Recruitment
Contracting, compliance and performance management
Learning & Development
Organisational Development
Labour relations and employment equity
Statutory and operational reporting
Manage the HR budget, including payroll costs and variances
Benefits administration, including recognition and rewards
Support group initiatives including culture and engagement surveys, staff conferences and wellness programmes.
Skills, experience & educational requirements:
Applicants should ideally hold a tertiary qualification and have at least 5 years human resources management experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
We are looking for generalist HR practitioner who has the knowledge and experience to apply best practice and operational excellence.
