Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
Min of 5 years’ experience in HR generalist including interfacing with unions
Working knowledge of SA labour legislation

Responsibilitis
Supports the overall provision of Human Resources services, in the following areas; Strategy alignment and implementation, policies and systems, culture and employee relation planning, training and development, performance management, employee wellness, compensation and benefits applicable labour legislation adherence and Global HR alignment
