A leading logistics company part of the Bidvest Group is looking for an EE candidate strong in IR to join their team, successful incumbent must meet the below criteria;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant 3 year Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years Human Resources Generalist role
• Drivers licence (must have own transport)
? Experience in navigating and utilising personnel management system-preference Sage
People 300 payroll system
? Must be computer literate in e-mail, word and excel
• Attention to detail, accuracy, strong organisational skills, flexible
• Respect confidentiality
• Sound knowledge of the legislation
? Time management skills
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and extended hours, including weekends
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years experience as Human resources administrator or Officer in similar roles, with a sound
knowledge and experience of the legislation.
OVERVIEW RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitate recruitment and maintain personnel information within the Johannesburg Depot
• administer and control over employee compensation and benefits
• Ensure on- boarding of staff in the Depot
• Experience in dealing with industrial relations matters and union
• Booking of training and creation and maintaining of Training matrix of staff within the Depot
• Familiar and experience in creation of workflow orders and processing electronic invoices on
the system.
• Communicate and collaborate with managers and supervisors
• Analyse and prepare monthly reports, EE report and Training reports and any other HR related
report.
