A Retail company based in Sandton is looking to add a HR Payroll Administrator to their team. Candidates must have a Matric, a Diploma in HR and Payroll, 3 years experience and have worked on VIP Payroll.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collate payroll changes
• Calculating deductions
• Calculating staff incentives
• Ensuring all employee related statutory returns are submitted
• Maintaining all staff records
• Liaising with  Medical Aid and Retirement Fund providers on any employee changes and requests
• Company HR compliance
• Following all policies and procedures

Candidates that are available immediately would be advantageous.
