â?¢ Ensure accurate workforce schedules are available at all times
â?¢ Maintaining accurate personnel file

Requirements:

1.    Work well with people from all walks of life

2.    To accurately capture time and attendance records

3.    Good time management skills

4.    Liaise with the client on a daily basis

5.    Meet strict deadlines

6.    Pay close attention to detail

7.    Work accurately on all levels

8.    Disciplinary skills

9.    Proven record for representation at the CCMA/CDR

10. Clear criminal record and credit record.

11.  Written reference letters.

• Minimum 3 year experience in HR/IR environment


• Must have a Degree or Diploma in HR/IR


• Must be computer literate with strong Microsoft Office and Word skills


• Must have excellent administration skills


• Must be fluent in English


• Must be able to represent a corporate image


• Must have own vehicle.


• Valid driver’s licence

Proposed salary will be discussed during interview, From R10 000.00 to 15 000.00 cost to company
