A platinum mining company based in Limpopo is looking for a HRD Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
• National Diploma or degree in ETD/HRD/HRM or relevant qualification is essential
• Mining Blasting Certificate, Mine Overseer’s Certificate and diploma/degree in Metallurgy would be considered an advantage
• Engineering trade certificate would be considered an advantage
• 3-5 years’ technical experience is essential
• 5 years’ training experience is essential
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (Health & Safety, Skills & Development, EEA and BCEA)
• Knowledge of assessments, moderator methodologies and ISO 9001:2008 accreditation
• Knowledge of design, information systems and development of learning materials
• Computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
• Knowledge of the Mining, Engineering and Metallurgy industry
• Knowledge of management principles, theories, methodologies
• Knowledge of financial processes and procedures (budgets)
• HRD and Talent Management strategies
• Managing Social and Labour Plan (SLP), Workforce Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs)
