The successful candidate is to render administrative and HR assistance to the General Manager and to ensure effective working relationship with Group HR (Outsourced and Coordinator).

Requirements:

3-4 years Hotel HR experience required.

In depth knowledge of HR and administrative processes
Working knowledge of HR and labour legislation
In depth knowledge of payroll administration
Knowledge of IR processes and procedures
Working knowledge of Payroll software
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Related Skills:
English proficiency
Computer literacy of MS Office
Basic financial acumen
Advanced administrative skills
Good classification skills
Good interpersonal skills

Conflict resolution skills
Team player
Job Experience:
At least 5 years administration experience
At least 3 years HR administration experience
At least 3 years Payroll administration experience
HR and Payroll experience in Hotel environment
Education:
Matric

Further qualification in HR and Payroll
Driver’s license (Essential)
Own transport essential
