My Client in Port Elizabeth a large Conference Centre is looking for an Human Resources Administration Clerk to assist the Human Resources management team .Requirements
Matric1-2 years’ experience in an HR environment - preferable1-2 years hands on experience in Employee relationsHR Related Qualification or studying towards one Experience in Hospitality environment preferableKnowledge and understanding of the prescribed legislation
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to the Human Resources Manager relating to all HR practicesConduct all Administrative IR practices and issues/Charging officerAll admin related to HR and IR mattersAdmin for - disciplinary hearings.Handling of CCMA Admin as may be requiredUtilize various HR Information systems for staff queries and reporting purposesEnsure accurate capturing and reporting on all HR functions Performance appraisals, leave, disciplinary matters for HR Management
