The HVAC Site Supervisor will anticipate technical service delivery from the planning phase through to works completion.

Key Performance Areas:
• Solution Development and Delivery.
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Keeps KAM well informed on status of service effort and serves as liaison between service staff and KAM.
• Communicates and enforces service standards.
• Performs quality reviews and mentors junior staff.
• Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Possesses demonstrated work experience with more than one recognised brand of air-conditioning system.
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
• Manages the development of staff by ensuring that tasks are in line with each staff member’s career interests when possible.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
• Manages the process of innovative change effectively.
• Facilitates effective interaction.
• Manages client interaction and expectations regarding service efforts.
• Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
• Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Reviews status reports and addresses issues as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:
• N3 Certificate Minimum highly beneficial.
• Refrigeration Trade Certificate highly beneficial.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 5-10 years servicing and repairing HVAC equipment inclusive of central plant HVAC.
• 3-5 years’ experience supervising staff.
• Experience working within budgets.
• Proven good business acumen.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience working according to SLA’s and contractual Terms of Service.
