Minimum requirements:

• Relevant 6-10 years IT experience
• Experience working with DellEMC, HP and IBM compute and storage systems
• Matric / Grade 12
• Qualified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
• Good communication skills
• Own vehicle and driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Supervised installation and modification of IT infrastructures
• Work closely with customers to identify their needs and issues obtained
• Resolve problems, support and consult customers regarding their systems
• Work professionally and timeously according to the set SLA
• Stay up to date with the latest products and trends and attend technical training where needed
• Assist field service engineers with technical functions
• Installation and integration of hardware and software

Salary Structure:

• R50 000 – R70 000 per month based on experience
