Identify and resolve hardware, software, application and operating system issues; Install and configure end users’ computers and required peripherals; Provide ICT Technical support and maintenance to end users; Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system; Coordination of multiple procedures or systems; Administrative support - planning, scheduling and coordination of processes, systems and impacts on multiple sub-divisions; Maintain ICT Inventory of hardware, software and resources; Provide training to new users of existing Technology; Provide technical assistance - Monitoring and managing Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), Access Point Name (APN) Mimecast, hosted collaboration solution (HCS); Perform and report on system health checks

National Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent (NQF 5); 1-2 years’ functional experience working in an ICT environment providing ICT Technical support services; ICT Certificates in N+, A+, MCSE or equivalent will be an added advantage; ICT Internal Control and risk management; Problem solving and analysis; Good understanding of the technical aspects of ICT goods and services
