To project manage Client systems, ensuring a high level of communication and collaboration in delivering innovative Retail Software Solutions.
Preparation of documentation, including training manuals and process diagrams

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in or Diploma (NQF Level 6)
- Candidates who have completed their studies should ideally come from a Software Development background
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar environment
Experience
- The candidate should have a broad understanding and able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and be deadline driven
- Must have 5 years client facing or account project management experience with implementation of web based systems
- Experience of delivering timeous and manage client expectation
- Experience of delivering timeous and accurate projects in to a dynamic environment
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all necessary quality measures are in place to guarantee customer satisfaction
- You will require the ability to lead projects, interface with clients as needed and participate in client communication
- To work closely with the team in managing systems queries, issues and support
- Work with and liaise with your line manager on deadlines and expectations
- Execute duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives
Administration
- Work with and liaise with your line manager on deadlines and expectations between the business and technology team members with customer facing responsibility
- Execute duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives
- Determine the needs of the customer, the ultimate function for which the system is intended, and its appeal to customers
- Track record of involvement in successful on-time, on- budget delivery of projects
- Capacity to assess impact of customer and user feedback on Projects and product maintenance.
- System admin data capturing and maintenance
- Schedule meetings and minute taking
- Continuous and real time feedback from client meetings to the executive and client account managers
- Understand the day to day management of clients
Client Interaction
- Conduct briefing meetings to ensure that every individual involved in the process understands their requirements and/or special instructions before the process commences
- Central point of contact pertaining to the system and technical daily follow up
Interact and feedback communication to manage client expectation
- Analyse requirements on a daily basis
- Onsite user support and handholding
- Propose, define and implement processes in accordance with The Company’s’s objectives
- Excellent presentation skills
Project Management
- Document and manage issues to stabilise the implemented solution and ensure quality of service
- Investigate / troubleshoot and categorise the issues
- Resolve the issues and brief into development team and follow up
- Draw up development specs that are concise and accurate
- Liaise with development team to ensure requirements and understanding on specifications are met
- Accountable for facilitation of quality assurance, testing and final release
- Must be able to draw knowledge on updated trends and assess how to incorporate into the business
- Have the ability to keep up with new technologies and analyse new trends and data
- Project management and research of projects as they arise
- Involved in project activities, project management and maintenance.
Communication
- Interact at all levels with management, clients, to gain and insight and understanding of client requirements
- Share knowledge with others to draw on skills of experts where required to fulfil customer requirements
- Prepare and supply relevant reports and input for meetings
- Attend required review and client meetings / presentations
Self Development of Knowledge and Skills
- Keep abreast of developments /new technology, processes and equipment.
Training
- Need to effectively manage the training of clients on the software
- Conduct internal staff training to clients
- Create and maintain training manuals
- Manage and document all correspondence between client and The Company’s
General
- Workflow, solution, specification and training documentation
- Manage Software installation and user machine setup
- Due to the nature of the job the employee will be required to have a 3G mobile connection
